  • Yoga for Mental Health

    Yoga has proven effective in supporting mental wellbeing and helping towards healing past trauma. Our yoga classes are for women at any level of experience. This is a community of inclusive women practicing together to care for their mental well-being.

  • Aromatherapy

    Discover the benefits of healing aromatherapy to reduce stress, find balance and restore energy. Aromatherapy can boost your mood, balance your emotions and contribute to your overall mental well-being. Individual aromatherapy consultations are coming soon!

  • Counseling

    We all need a little help sometimes! If you’re mental wellness is not where you want it to be, if you’ve experienced trauma, if your hormones and emotions are getting in the way of your relationships and career, come see one of our licensed clinical counselors or join one of our therapeutic groups. Our clinicians specialize in women’s issues and are multiculturally competent practitioners.

  • Education

    Want to learn more about mental health? What exactly is anxiety? How do I know if I’m depressed? Do hormones really contribute to emotional imbalance? Connect with experts in women’s mental health issues at one of our educational seminars.

  • Community

    This is not your average well-being center, we want you to stay awhile! Come take yoga with us, or join us for meditation then grab a coffee and sit and talk with friends. Join us for a journaling party or aromatherapy tutorial. You are welcome here!!!

  • Meditation

    Struggling with anxiety? Meditation helps calm the mind. Join us for free weekly online meditations when you sign up for our newsletter! In person meditation classes are coming soon, virtual private meditations are currently available!
